On May 28, Sebastian Fagerlund’s Come Eco II receives its world premiere when it will be performed by guitarist Ismo Eskelinen and Tampere Philharmonic under the baton of Angela Hewitt. The piece is a further development of Come Eco, written in 2024 for guitar and string quartet, and is driven by the idea of echoes. Fagerlund incorporated echoes of his earlier works but is also focusing on the phenomenon acoustically.
