Hans Abrahamsen is this year’s Guest Composer at the GAIDA festival in Vilnius.
The GAIDA festival in Vilnius is the largest festival of modern music in Lithuania, and one of the most important music forums in Central and Eastern Europe. 2021 will be the festival’s 31st edition, running from October 20 to November 7.
The festival features three concerts and a meet the composer event, with two exiting country premieres: let me tell you with soprano Lauryna Bendžiūnaitė and Drei Märchenbilder aus der Schneekönigin.
