        Programme Note

        Abstract Pieces 2 / Portrait & Entertainment is about the gradual performative formation of an ensemble. Based on couple relationships, double-couple relationships and the innate ability of all people to hear around objects and corners, the audience perceives this process from different perspectives. It is not so much about the psychology of interaction, but rather about practising telepathy. Music is what happens. In this way, the spaces – physical, architectural, mental, sensory, social, historical memory spaces – and their readings overlap.
