This weekend Birmingham Royal Ballet travel to Norfolk, Virginia to give the US premiere of Black Sabbath - The Ballet, which premiered in the UK in 2023. The production includes full orchestrations of legendary Black Sabbath tracks such as Paranoid and Iron Man, as well as new music composed by Christopher Austin, alongside Rockey Sun Keting and Marko Nyberg, inspired by the band's music - all performed live by the Royal Ballet Sinfonia.
The ballet will be have three performances in Chrysler Hall, Norfolk, Virginia, before a run over 5 days at The Kennedy Center, Washington DC.
