Spur und Umschrift (2023)

Spur und Umschrift describes the idea of infinite transformation: a musical constellation, an interplay of different musical elements, is exposed, transformed, becomes entangled and breaks off. This is followed (after a brief pause) by a new beginning. Now, however, the music continues in a completely different direction. It is reinterpreted – also in retrospect – rewritten and finally also breaks off. At the end, there is another, third beginning, which, however, is not realised. Ultimately, there is no clearly defined point zero, no beginning, but only changing perspectives on an initial situation and a dense, subliminal network of references.
