      Verlass uns nicht was commissioned by Ex Cathedra, supported by Isabel, Peer and Christopher in loving memory of Ernest Churcher. The first performance was given by Ex Cathedra directed by Jeffrey Skidmore, as a prelude to the performance of J. S. Bach's St John Passion, Symphony Hall, Birmingham, Good Friday, 14 April 2017.
