Commissioned by BBC Radio 3 for 'Making Tracks'

Recorded at the Hippodrome Golders Green on 25th June 2022 by the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Clark Rundell. Narrator and mezzo soprano Imelda Staunton. Produced by Fiona Shelmerdine. Series produced by Edwina Wolstencroft.

The Suite consists of 'The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck' and 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit' and is based on music originally written for the Unicorn Theatre. It can be performed as songs, as two individual stories or as a continuous piece.

The work is based on the characters and stories by Beatrix Potter.
