Programme Note
VISIONE was commissioned by Denmark's Radio in 1978, and produced in own studio.
The sound material is produced mechanically/acoustically, and is often allowed to remain original. However, where it has been edited, tempo-pitch and continual speed regularity has been used. In addition, of course, it has been mixed and filtered as usual.
The work is formed like a tautology in two parts, where the first part is fierce and vehement and the second part consists of calm harmonies. The end i harmonically organized, almost like a Richard Strauss final chord.
