Mark Andre’s iv 19 Pfingsten – Echos for double bass and organ will be premiered on June 06 in Munich by Stephan Heuberger (organ) and Frank Reinecke (double bass) as part of the concert series musica viva by Bavarian Broadcasting.
iv 19 Pfingsten – Echos is an extend to the “iv-cycle” and builds a diptych with iv 15 –Himmelfahrt, which is also part of the concert.
It is about unfolding the most unstable, most fragile, sound/time levels of music in the fading away as fathoming, composed, transmitting “echoes” of the blowing of the Holy Spirit.
