The Dance Section of the Critic’s Circle of the UK has selected Amu as a finalist for the Best Choreography (modern) category in the 2006 Critic’s Circle National Dance Awards. These are currently the only professional awards in the UK devoted exclusively to dance. The brilliant choreography of Wayne McGregor is to the luxuriant vocal and orchestral music of John Tavener’sLaila.
