kyrie (2026)

kyrie eleison, christe eleison, kyrie eleison. like an ancient seafarer’s chant, centuries old, insistent as the swell, a galley cuts through the waves, a drakkar dissolves into smoke. with each stroke of the oar, who knows where the winds may carry us ? in the distance a single theme fades, obstinate, paced by the breath of labour, dark yet gradually pierced by light, Jacob’s ladder, a shaft of wind, the echo of collective work.

kyrie eleison, christe eleison, kyrie eleison. tel un antique chant marin, séculaire, entêtant comme la houle, une galère fend les flots, un drakkar se dissout dans la brume. d’un coup d’aviron, sait-on jamais où les vents nous mènent ? au loin, un thème unique s’étiole, obstiné, cadencé par le souffle du labeur, sombre mais peu à peu percé de lumière, échelle de Jacob, pied-de-vent, l’écho du travail collectif.
