mirador (2026)

el mirador y el ocio de la fuente son cosas del pasado (Borges). haunting, suspended, infinite, and slowly modulating, the piece opens with a heartbeat, that of the choir, breathless, almost rupturing, before a patient piano reveals its gentle melody. with each breath the music begins to fray, dissolving into murmurs, before gradually rising from a shared exhalation toward the single triad that shapes its course. the mirador here is shared solitude, from which one contemplates a broken childhood, a scattered choir, bittersweet, gathering itself at last around this hymn of the heart. will i follow ?

el mirador y el ocio de la fuente son cosas del pasado (Borges). entêtante, suspendue, infinie, modulante, la pièce s’ouvre sur un battement de coeur, celui du choeur, haletant, rupture d’anévrisme, avant qu’un patient piano dévoile sa douce mélodie. au fil du souffle, la pièce s’effrite, se fait murmure, puis s’élève progressivement, d’une expiration commune vers l’unique triade de son parcours. le mirador, ici, c’est la solitude partagée, d’où l’on contemple, d’une enfance rompue, d’un choeur éclaté, doux-amer, qui se rallie enfin à cet hymne du coeur. will i follow ?
