      Programme Note

      This work was inspired by a visit to the ruins of Hohenbaden Castle in Baden-Baden Germany, the aeolean harp that is a modern installation in one of the windows of the castle ruins, and local legends surrounding the history of the families of dukes and margraves who built the castle and lived there over 5 centuries.
