Piano Sonata No. 2 “Saltatio ad Lumen” (2022)

Dancing through the darkness towards the Light. Letting the music flow as if improvised, yet following intuitively the set of rules (vectorial principles) I have imposed on myself more than 20 years ago. Some textural quotes of my 1st Piano Sonata which dates back to the year 1985. In a certain sense this work is a fragile bridge between this person who I was then – a young composer at the beginning of his journey – and who I am now.
