Eastern Symphony (1931)
- Exilarte (World)
Exilarte Edition
Programme Note
The character of this symphony in three movements appears to have originated from Eastern European culture, which is confirmed by the original title Near and Far. Julius Bürger was making a living as an arranger at the BBC when he composed the Eastern Symphony.
