La Belle au bois dormant (1935)

A previously unpublished piece of Francis Poulenc, written in 1935 for a six-minute animated film, La Belle au bois dormant, produced by Alexandre Alexeïeff to advertise Vins Nicolas (a wine company). Poulenc himself plays the harpsichord in the small, wind-focused ensemble on the original recording.
