        The music for this patriotic suite is taken from four of Waxman’s Warner Brothers motion pictures depicting World War II: Destination Tokyo (1944) which stars Cary Grant and John Garfield; Objective: Burma! (1945) with Errol Flynn; Mister Roberts (1955) with Henry Fonda, James Cagney, Jack Lemmon, and William Powell; and Task Force (1949) starring Gary Cooper.

        The heroism displayed by the leading characters in these films are worthy of The Medal of Honor.

        The Medal of Honor Suite was especially prepared for and recorded by Richard Hayman Symphony Orchestra for release by Marco Polo, distributed by Naxos.
