Programme Note
My first brass quintet, commissioned by the Canberra International Music Festival, for a premiere in 2020 by the Golden Gate Brass Quintet. The work is in three movements and is a dynamic work that exploits the full melodic, timbral and rhythmic qualities of the quintet.
