All Right !? (2020)
(A Talk Of Our Time)

The title does not merely refer to the fact that the pianist only plays with his right hand. It is not only a comment on the existing left handed concerts by for example Ravel and Hans Abrahamsen (Left, alone). The music starts like a clock, ticking. In opposition to that is a music with organic, speechlike rhythms, and a few desperate outbursts. Behind the work are reflections on speech and time, time as ´Our Time’ and our (personal) time expressed in this small poetic text:

Our Time

all right to despair
all right to frustration
all right to the moment’s feeling of fulfilment

all right to dreams
all right to be down
all right to what is just here and now

we live in the longing
