Programme Note
En Bethlehem is a choral anthology bringing together 22 choral pieces, sacred and secular, for the Christmas season, written by some of the most prominent British composers working today. Many of the works have been specially written for this anthology, which encompasses a variety of texts, moods and styles, for both a capella and accompanied voices. This inspired collection provides church and concert choirs with an invaluable source of contemporary gems in the choral repertoire.
