Original edition by Harry Wooldridge and Godfrey Arkwright (1907). Lionel Pike’s new edition is based on a comprehensive survey of a very large number manuscript sources, many of which were unknown or unavailable to Wooldridge and Arkwright, and includes an early version of one piece (Praise the Lord, O my soul; O Lord my God) arranged for accompaniment by organ only.
