The Aalborg Symphony Orchestra perform the world premiere of Stephen McNeff’s new Trumpet Concerto on February 26. The concerto was written for the orchestra’s own Jonathan Clarke who will perform as soloist whilst Anthony Hermus conducts.
Founded in 1943, the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra reside in the award-winning concert hall of Musikkens Hus on Aalborg's waterfront. This concert, also featuring Strauss and Tchaikovsky, is part of the orchestra’s series of symphonic Thursday concerts which feature Danish and international soloists and conductors throughout the season.
