Musicians are a wonderfully diverse race of individuals. The talents to be found are numerous. Everyone has a special talent. How should that special talent be developed and how will it grow. I can be done in many different ways depending on what the musician wants to do with his music. There must be a goal with a starting point firmly anchored in ones talent. The initiative must come from the musician: how and where will he/she work on developing themselves?
