Dream House Quartet, formed in 2018 and made up of pianists Katia & Marielle Labèque, and guitarist-composers Bryce Dessner and David Chalmin, continue their North American tour performing a program that includes world premieres by Dessner and Chalmin, as well as works by Philip Glass, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, Meredith Monk, Steve Reich, Thom Yorke and more.

Works by Dessner within the programme include Haven and Cherchebruit.

 

The tour runs April 23-May 5

 

The tour opened with a concert at Town Hall in NYC in collaboration with The Kitchen and with guest artist Arooj Aftab, and then includes dates in New Haven, Austin, Los Angeles, Toronto, and more.
