55th Annual GRAMMY Awards Announced

The winners of the 55th Grammy Awards have been announced, and the following albums with works from the Music Sales catalog were honored:

Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance
Eighth Blackbird - "Meanwhile"
Including the works of:
Philip Glass: Music in Similar Motion
Missy Mazzoli: Still Life With Avalanche
Cedille Records CDR 90000 133

The Recording Academy also honored the late Ravi Shankar with a Lifetime Achievement award — something he learned of with delight and gratitude just one week before his death in December of 2012.
