Upcoming Performances of Benet Casablancas

Conducted by Oliver Knussen, the Birmingham Contemporary Music Group will perform, within the programme of the Alicante Music Festival, Benet Casablancas Dove of Peace: Homage to Picasso. The concert will take place on Sunday 23rd of September at 8:30 p.m. at the Auditorium of Alicante.
The Morgan Library in New York City will celebrate on Friday 28th September at 7:30 p.m., Benet Casablancas new work's World Premiere. Dance, Song and Celebration, commissioned by the Foundation for Iberian Music, is an Homage of the author to Xavier Monsalvatge and will be performed by the Perspectives Ensemble conducted by Ángel Gil-Ordóñez.
