The North American premiere of Simon Holt's concerto for percussion, a table of noises by Simon Holt
will take place on February 10, 2010 with Douglas Boyd leading soloist Colin Currie and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
Written in 2007 the work was originally commissioned jointly for Colin Currie by the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Borletti-Buitoni Trust.
