Mark Adamo's opera Little Women receives its European premiere this summer in the storybook town of Brugges, Belgium as part of the 2009 Intermezzo Opera Festival. Performances are August 1 and 2 in a new production directed by Robin Blauers with J. David Jackson conducting the Elardo Young Artists. Performances take place in the historical Stadsshouwburg Theater.
