New works by Simon Bainbridge, Brian Elias and Simon Holt will mark the thirtieth anniversary of Endymion during the ensemble’s series of concerts at King’s Place in London this June. The specially commissioned pieces will form part of ‘Sound Census’, a survey of the ensemble’s musical activities, and will be performed alongside contemporary classics, as well as pieces by young composers and masters including Brahms, Mendelssohn and Mozart.
