On October 28, Howard Blake will celebrate his 70th birthday with a celebratory concert at the Cadogan Hall, London. The concert will feature the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by the composer. His timeless classic, The Snowman, narrated by Bernard Cribbins and featuring Blake’s son Robert as the solo treble in Walking in the Air, will be paired with two of his most important concert works, the Concerto for Piano and Orchestra, and the recent Passion of Mary.
