Gloucester celebrates Joubert

Choral evensong broadcast live from Gloucester Cathedral on BBC Radio 3 on October 22 will be devoted to the music of John Joubert. Beginning with Joubert’s early anthem O Lorde, the Maker of Al Thing the choir, directed by Adrian Partington, will perform the Magnificat & Nunc Dimittis in A written for St George’s Cathedral, Cape Town, and the anthem Blest Glorious Man.
