Wallin in Trondheim

Rolf Wallin will be the featured composer at this year’s Trondheim Chamber Music Festival. Wallin is the first Norwegian to be given his honour, following in the footsteps of the likes of Luciano Berio, Steve Reich, Sofia Gubaidulina and Magnus Lindberg.
A number of Wallin’s works will be performed, including orchestral and ensembles works by the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and the Trondheim Sinfonietta, as well as several performances by special guests, percussionist Martin Grubinger and soprano Siri Torjesen. Wallin will be in residence for a series of installations, performances and masterclasses.
