Kernis Returns to G. Schirmer/AMP

Kernis’s return to Schirmer/AMP brings along the acquisition of his AJK Music catalogue, which includes the orchestral works Newly Drawn Sky and Color Wheel; chamber works including Two Awakenings and Double Lullaby, Trio in Red, Fanfare Con Fuoco, and Ballad; and choral works such as The Love of God, Two Meditations, and Dorma, Ador.
Soprano Susan Narucki released a recording of Kernis’s Simple Songs, Valentines, and both books of the Songs of Innocents in February 2008 on the Koch International Classics label.
