New Thematic Search on www.chesternovello.com

If you are looking for works based on a certain theme or topic, then you can now try out the new Thematic Search on this website.

Simply click “Works”, then on the “Advanced” tab, and you will see a number of search options open to you. Select an overall Theme (e.g. “Different Cultures”), and this will then allow you to select from a number of “SubThemes” (e.g. “African”). Click on “Search” at the bottom of the page, and you will be presented with a suitable list of works from our catalogue that you can explore at your leisure.

You can of course combine thematic searches with our instrumental searches, for example to find out which two composers have written orchestral works based on the theme of “Machines and technology”
