Music for Wind Orchestra

Music by John McCabe and Malcolm Arnold is featured on a new recording by the RNCM Wind Orchestra recently released by Chandos Records.

The disc includes Arnold’s Water Music, which was commissioned by the National Trust for the opening of the Stratford Canal in 1964, and McCabe’s Canyons which, since its first performance in 1991, has become a very popular piece among the wind orchestra community.
