Arnold’s Three Musketeers on disc

Arnold’s Three Musketeers on disc
Following the success of Northern Ballet Theatre’s The Three Musketeers, a recording of Malcolm Arnold's score to the ballet is now available. The music, which has been arranged and orchestrated by John Longstaff, includes many of Arnold’s most popular pieces, including the symphonies and film scores.

Following the ballet’s first performance, the Telegraph wrote “it is Arnold’s cinematic soundtrack that makes this ballet a sweeping drama”. NBT’s tour continues in May with performances in Manchester, Belfast and London (details below).

The recording, which features the Northern Ballet Theatre Orchestra conducted by John Pryce-Jones is available on disc or to download from www.quarzmusic.com
