The music for the film Notes on a Scandal by Philip Glass has been nominated in the Original Score category of the 79th Annual Academy Awards. This is the second time Glass has been nominated for an Academy Award, following his nomination in 1997 for Martin Scorsese’s Kundun. The awards will be presented this year on February 25.
