Summary

Finn Høffding belongs to the generation of Danish composers after Carl Nielsen. His works include operas, symphonies, symphonic fantasies, chamber music and choral music. From the 1920s, Finn Høffding was increasingly occupied with music education for children and young people – inspired by the German Jugendmusikbewegung and composers such as Fritz Jöde, Paul Hindemith and Carl Orff.
